We must receive vaccination records at least 5 days prior to boarding or we will not be able to accept your pet.

Reservation Policy:​ 
​    A 50% advance deposit is required to book for all first-time clients. (This can be done using the link or over the phone using a credit/debit card.) During peak boarding times (Summer, Holidays, etc.) we reserve the right to require a single-day deposit to book all clients. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for full refunds.
Please be advised, during Peak season(Summer, Holidays, etc...) any cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior of the scheduled arrival,  or will be assessed a $50 fee.
